Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped from the UAE within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery (UAE): 1–3 business days
- Express Delivery (UAE): 1 business day (available in select areas; additional charges may apply)

Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping on all UAE orders over AED 200.
- For orders below AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
- Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout (if available).
