At Pure Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your natural and organic products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at pureglowoil@gmail.com or call us at +971 50 461 6139 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the item does not meet our return policy criteria (e.g., it has been used or is not in original condition), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at pureglowoil@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.
